This role involves assisting guests, taking and fulfilling orders, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean service areas, and working closely with the team to provide an enjoyable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Assist guests with menu questions and general requests. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Support food and beverage preparation and service according to established procedures. Maintain clean and organized dining, bar, service, and guest areas. Clear and reset tables and service areas as needed. Restock food, beverage, dining, and service supplies throughout each shift. Assist servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members during busy periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with point-of-sale and customer payment procedures as assigned. Monitor service areas and communicate supply or operational needs to supervisors. Respond to guest questions and concerns courteously and professionally. Support opening, closing, and general restaurant maintenance duties. Help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and organized environment. Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn food and beverage service procedures. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
