Job Summary Tom's Watch Bar

•Minneapolis is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. This role involves assisting customers, taking orders, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean service areas, and working closely with the restaurant team during busy periods. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages according to established procedures. Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously. Answer guest questions about menu items, beverages, ingredients, and available options. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables while keeping the guest area neat and welcoming. Restock beverages, utensils, napkins, condiments, packaging, and other service supplies. Assist coworkers with front-of-house and restaurant support duties during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain accurate orders, consistent food presentation, and efficient service. Communicate customer concerns, supply needs, and service issues to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, beverages, equipment, and supplies carefully and safely. Support a positive and professional guest experience throughout each shift. Perform other restaurant service and customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn restaurant service procedures and menu offerings. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing hands-on service tasks.
