POSITION SUMMARY

: As a Team Member and Line Server, your primary role is serving our guests and assisting with the preparation of food.

Job Functions:

Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines. Restock front line with prepared product. Clean, organize, and restock all stations. Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members. Perform other tasks as directed by management. Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
