Crew Member We are currently hiring for the following shift: Monday- Saturday 11am-4pm, 4pm-9pm, or 11am-9pm Hong Kong Inn is a locally owned Chinese Restaurant in Springfield, MO since 1982. We are looking for crew members who are passionate about providing an excellent guest experience and maintaining high quality and production.

Requirements:

Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible with shifts. Must be 15 years old. Must be reliable to work scheduled shifts. Must be able to work well with other crew members. Must be self motivated. Ability to lift 20lbs, walk/stand for long periods of time, and/or use hands to handle tools or equipment. The ability to follow directions. The ability to follow health and safety guidelines. The ability to deal effectively with positive and negative feedback.
