Foam Operator Job Summary:

$16 per hour,

Shifts Available:

o 2nd shift 6:30pm-5:30pm Monday- Thursday, Required OT every Fri or Sat if production need arises Qualifications Operate foam cutting, trimming, bonding, and fabrication equipment. Measure and cut foam materials according to production specifications. Assemble foam components for finished products. Inspect materials and finished products for defects and quality issues. Package completed products for shipment or transfer to other departments. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Load, unload, and transport materials using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment. Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and customer demands. Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment as needed. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to quality and detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
