Job Description Front of House team members set the tone for customer experience at Monuts and understand that hospitality is central to their role. We seek applicants who are outgoing, have a friendly demeanor and who generally thrive in fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environments. Job responsibilities will include working as a cashier, back wait, food runner, and expeditor during busy breakfast and lunch services. To succeed, you must work well with others, be attentive to customers and co-workers needs, be great at multitasking and possess a high degree of situational awareness. Job Requirements Must be available Tuesday through Saturdays between the hours of 6:30am and 5:30pm Must be able to work a mix of opening and closing shift Must be reliable, punctual and always ready to work regardless of personal life Ability to memorize changing food and drink menus and restaurant policies Must have excellent customer service skills Possess a no-excuses attitude when it comes to doing your job correctly, consistently and at the standards that we demand Strong attention to detail and ability to follow opening and closing procedures without error Understanding of food safety guidelines and specifically how it pertains to your job Must be cooperative, team-oriented and always willing to lend a hand Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen understanding of non-verbal communication (both how it can be interpreted by customers and how to interpret it coming from customers) Good on your feet--able to work 8 hours shifts on your feet, lift 50 lbs. and bend, squat and kneel as required Ability to work clean and maintain an organized work station at all times Pay, Schedule, and Logistics This position will be hired between $17-$19/hr depending on skills and qualiifications. We are a tip-free restaurant and guarantee wages regardless of whether you're working a busy or slow shift! We don't cut hours. We promote from within the company and offer all hourly staff members the opportunity to earn annual raises commensurate with job performance and company profitability. Part-time staff members will receive free meals, earn PTO, and are eligible to participate in a restaurant-wide profit sharing program after a full year of employment.
