Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety are maintained at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage customer transactions including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with precision Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by cleaning kitchen equipment, counters, dining areas, and ensuring sanitation standards are met Restock supplies, organize food stations, and assist in food preparation during peak hours to ensure smooth operations Support food safety practices by handling food properly, following hygiene protocols, and adhering to sanitation guidelines Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with knowledge of food preparation and customer service techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash register operations Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods while maintaining accuracy Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent service Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that fosters positive guest interactions Experience operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, or ovens is preferred but not required; training will be provided Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service in a fun environment!
