The AT&T Crew Member works directly with customers to help them explore AT&T products and services, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience. The AT&T Crew Member helps customers feel confident in the services they choose while ensuring their needs are handled professionally and efficiently. As an AT&T Crew Member, you'll receive hands-on training in AT&T products, customer support, and account assistance. The AT&T Crew Member will work with customers in person, help explain available service options, and assist with account updates and new enrollments in a friendly, straightforward way. Responsibilities of the AT&T Crew Member Represent AT&T professionally while assisting customers with products, services, and account options. Help customers understand available smartphone, internet, and wireless plans in a simple and approachable way. Support customers with new enrollments, account setup, and basic service questions. Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and attentive service. Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment paperwork properly. Work closely with team members and participate in daily meetings and ongoing training. Stay informed on current AT&T promotions, products, and service offerings. Qualifications of the AT&T Crew Member High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
