THIS IS A SEASONAL JOB, BUT CAN POTENTIALLY TRANSITION INTO LONGTERM EMPLOYMENT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

Lodge on Lake Lure is looking for assistance to our Boathouse. Shifts start at 2pm, must be available weekends. Candidate must be old enough to serve beer and wine to customers. Must possess a skill set for processing payments and using an iPad based POS system. Candidate will be responsible for putting water vessels in the water and taking out of water as needed. Water vessels will include kayaks and possible paddleboards. Assistance in tying up boats is a bonus! Some assistance may be needed to help customers enter and exit the lake. This candidate will work autonomously so a candidate who takes initiative is ideal. Candidate will be responsible for rentals, serving guests, tying up boats, cleaning, keeping outdoor grounds free of trash/dirty dishes,etc. Ideal candidate must be in good health, have a positive attitude, and want to work. Tips are possible. Must be at least 19 to apply and understand this is non- smoking property. Must be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time as well as walking up and downstairs.
