Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or redirecting calls appropriately. Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to meet guest needs promptly. Requirements Experience in hospitality Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
