Front of House Team Member

A McAlister's Deli Front of House (FOH) team member provides friendly, fast service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, running food, and maintaining a clean dining area. Key duties include bussing tables, handling cash/POS transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced,, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greeting guests, engaging in conversation, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Order Management:

Taking orders, managing cash, and using the POS system.

Dining Room Maintenance:

Cleaning tables, chairs, and floors, as well as managing trash.

Food Runner/Busser:

Delivering food to tables and cleaning tables for new guests.

Support & Safety:

Adhering to sanitation and safety policies, and assisting with tasks like washing dishes.

Requirements and Skills Teamwork:

Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Experience:
