Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Stay updated on new products and procedures Adhere to safety guidelines and report maintenance issues Complete assigned tasks efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

Positive and cheerful attitude Detail-oriented and customer service focused Ability to work independently and in a team Flexible schedule availability Physically able to lift and stand for extended periods Opening availability starting at 5am or closing availability ending at 11pm
