Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate to-go and carry out orders efficiently.
• Ensure orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies for to-go packaging.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
