Job Summary RUMCOW is hiring a Food & Beverage Associate to support daily food and beverage service while providing friendly and professional customer service. This role assists with taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining clean service areas, restocking supplies, and supporting efficient restaurant operations. Common Job Roles Food & Beverage Associate Food Service Associate Beverage Service Associate Restaurant Service Associate Food & Beverage Team Member Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve beverages and assigned food items according to company standards Process cash, card, and other customer payments accurately Operate POS systems and maintain accurate order records Assist customers with menu and product questions Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas Restock beverages, ingredients, packaging, utensils, and other supplies Assist with food preparation, presentation, and order packaging Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, tables, and service areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Support team members during busy service periods Assist with opening, closing, and general food service duties Requirements Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and payment-handling abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively Preferred Skills Experience in food and beverage or restaurant service Familiarity with POS systems and order processing Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Good organization and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Company RUMCOW. provides food and beverage service focused on quality products, attentive customer service, and a welcoming environment.
