We are looking for a creative and motivated Deli Associate to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. Job Summary The Deli Associate is responsible for preparing made-to-order sandwiches and salads, creating unique and appealing daily lunch specials, and maintaining a clean, organized deli area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food preparation and creativity. Key Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli items according to store recipes and customer requests Develop creative and delicious lunch specials each day Ensure all food is prepared safely, consistently, and attractively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli station, equipment, and prep areas Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Provide friendly, efficient customer service Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating deli products Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and accuracy Qualifications Prior deli, food service, or kitchen experience preferred but not required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong creativity and interest in food preparation Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends or holidays as needed)
