Duties Greet customers warmly and provide them with menu information and recommendations.

YOU WILL BE USING A DELI SLICER.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and best practices in customer service. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in sales, particularly in a food industry or quick service fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations or grocery store settings is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and accurately. Skills in upselling products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
