In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various duties, including taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner. Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables, counters, and restrooms. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for sales. Take orders over the phone Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar food industry environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is desirable. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation guidelines. A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.
