Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Take and process food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick service and order accuracy Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards and food safety regulations at all times Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions efficiently, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Support retail sales transactions by assisting customers with product selections and providing knowledgeable recommendations Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST for efficient order processing and cash handling Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers Previous experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant or grocery store environment is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes a difference!
