Job Summary Häagen-Dazs is hiring a Frozen Food Clerk to support daily frozen food and dessert operations. This role is responsible for stocking and organizing frozen products, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring frozen food areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained. Common Job Roles Frozen Food Clerk Frozen Foods Associate Frozen Food Department Associate Frozen Products Clerk Grocery Frozen Foods Associate Key Responsibilities Stock, organize, and rotate frozen food and dessert products Maintain attractive and properly organized frozen product displays Assist customers with product questions and locating items Check product labels, dates, packaging, and overall quality Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Safely handle and store frozen products according to company procedures Maintain appropriate cleanliness and organization of freezer and service areas Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing frozen product deliveries Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Report damaged, missing, or improperly stored products to management Support other store and customer service activities as required Requirements Previous grocery, retail, food service, frozen foods, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Good attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in refrigerated or freezer environments as required Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Skills Experience stocking or handling frozen food products Knowledge of food safety and product rotation procedures Strong inventory and organizational skills Ability to lift and move product safely Good problem-solving and customer service abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Company Häagen-Dazs is a well-known ice cream brand offering premium frozen dessert products through retail locations and food service channels.
