Role:

As a Deli Clerk, you'll help create a great experience for our customers by taking orders, preparing and packaging deli items, keeping the counter organized, and making sure every order is accurate and presented properly. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers, stays organized during busy periods, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Schedule:

Part-Time Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM Weekend availability is mandatory Mondays off (closed)

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare, package, and label deli and bakery items Make sandwiches and assist with simple food preparation as needed Keep deli displays, counters, and work areas clean, stocked, and organized Pay close attention to order details, special requests, and presentation Work closely with the kitchen, deli, and bakery teams Help maintain a clean and welcoming customer area Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred Previous deli, kitchen, restaurant, or food-service experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and help in different areas when needed Must be available to work weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
