Nights and Weekends are a MUST Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties, including packaging orders and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. Support team members during busy periods by managing retail sales transactions and providing excellent customer service. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally.
