Job Description Jim's SteakOut Crew Member/Cook/Cashier Serving customers in a timely manner Assisting in the training of new Crew Members Working within a team setting to meet sales goals during a shift Following the company's security and safety procedures Arriving for the start of their shift on time and staying until all duties are complete Shift Manager Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards. Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Manage cash drawers, deposits, and shift paperwork as required. Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product issues. Ensure opening, closing, and cleaning tasks are completed. Communicate equipment, staffing, or operational issues to management. Lead and supervise the crew during the shift. Ensure fast, friendly customer service and accurate orders. Assign positions and keep employees productive.
