Mason's Marketplace & Taproom in New Hampton, NY is looking to hire a sandwich artist & market crew member to join our team. Mason's Crew Members create a warm and friendly shopping experience in the market. Sandwich artists enjoy creating deli sandwiches, homemade entrees and desserts. We welcome guests, engage them in conversation, educate them on the history of our building and introduce them to the local products we carry. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our guests know they are welcomed and cared for. Must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to work weekends.

Some responsibilities include:

Food prep & Making Food to Order Maintaining a clean work environment Entering Orders and operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner Learning all about our local product offerings so we can educate our guests Ensuring our guests have everything they need when bagging to go orders (napkins, utensils etc.) Ensuring the market is clean, safe and welcoming to our guests Stocking shelves Cleaning market & kitchen at end of shift You will not be stuck doing one task here. Each Sandwich Artist and Crew Member contributes to creating an amazing customer experience by participating in all aspects of the job. We are a small team and a positive attitude is everything. You must be willing to jump in where needed.
