Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Team Member and be the welcoming face of our vibrant food service environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, efficient service while managing food orders, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, customer service, and retail operations within a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with placing food and beverage orders using POS system Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met and food safety protocols are followed. Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, clearing tables, bussing dishes, and adhering to sanitation standards. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team setting. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, operating kitchen equipment, and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
