Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and be the heartbeat of a lively, quick-service restaurant environment! Duties Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using POS systems such as TOAST. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through bussing and sanitation practices. Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders. Support team members in food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
