A Brewista makes delicious drinks, takes orders, loves our customers, cleans, and stocks during every shift. Pay is $11/hour plus tips. Most Team Members make between $15 and $22/hour after tips. Duties & Responsibilities Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders. Prepare all drinks and premixes. Collect payments for orders using POS system. Make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions. The Brewista knows our menu and drink customizations inside and out. A qualified candidate must have good communication skills, ability to lift up to 50lbs, can stand for up to 8 hours at a time, occasionally climb a ladder and stepladder, and can work outside for prolonged period regardless of weather conditions.
