We are looking for an Entry Level Team Member who is motivated to develop customer support skills, contribute to team operations, and grow within our organization. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll work alongside a supportive team to assist customers, coordinate daily activities, and help ensure our Kinetic Fiber campaigns operate smoothly. The Entry Level Team Member position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and developing valuable skills in customer support and customer sales enrollment. While our team represents Kinetic Fiber services, the Entry Level Team Member role is focused on building experience in customer support, sales enrollment, team coordination, and professional development. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member Support the day-to-day operations of the sales team and assist with office coordination. Participate in leadership meetings and share ideas to improve team performance and efficiency. Assist with customer questions and concerns while providing a positive customer experience. Help manage customer sales enrollments, maintain accurate account information, and coordinate installations. Develop customer support and sales skills through hands-on training and daily experience. Lead by example by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in developing customer support and customer enrollment skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Prior Entry Level Team Member experience is a plus. Ability to encourage and motivate others while contributing to a positive team culture. Previous customer service and sales experience is highly desirable. Coachable, adaptable, and interested in long-term career growth and advancement.

Pay:

$1,250.00 - $1,800.00 per week
