Who We Are Ivoryology is a multi-location bridal boutique offering brand-new, on-trend wedding dresses at $1,299 and $1,899. Our brides take their dresses home the same day. We serve brides planning a year ahead and brides who need a gown by Saturday, and we make both feel like the only bride in the world.

What You Will Accomplish Month 1: Master the daily rhythm of the boutique — morning prep, bride communications, appointment booking, completing sales, merchandise handling, boutique close — and start contributing to our social media feeds. Hit a 50%+ closing ratio on first-visit appointments. Month 3: Raise your closing ratio to 65%+ and show full command of the Ivoryology Bridal Experience — guiding brides confidently from the first hello to a joyful yes. Month 6: Operate with complete confidence across all boutique systems and daily operations, and begin supporting newer team members — not by doing the work for them, but by holding the standard and helping them rise to it. 9-12+ Months (Performance-Based): Top performers who hold a strong closing ratio and take ownership of boutique operations can earn a place on our Traveling Stylist & New Store Opening Team — traveling to other Ivoryology locations, launching new stores, and building teams the Ivoryology way. What You Will Do Guide brides through one-on-one styling appointments from the first hello to a confident, joyful yes Execute morning prep — answering bride messages, preparing bridal suites, and steaming and repairing gowns before the doors open Welcome walk-in brides with the same care and energy as scheduled appointments, every single time Contribute to Instagram and TikTok content that captures real Ivoryology moments Help brides find the accessories that complete their look — veil, jewelry, headpiece — so they leave feeling fully ready for their day Close the boutique fully every shift — floor clean, racks reset, inventory processed, no message left unanswered You'll Thrive Here If You Trust your instincts and act on them — you read situations quickly, connect the dots without being told twice, and just get it. Please detail any social media content creation experience you have and list platforms and creation apps you have experience using. Ivoryology is open Wed., Fri and Sat 10-6 and Sunday 12-5. All 4 day stylists are asked to be committed to working all of these hours. We do our best to accommodate requests for time off whenever possible. Can you commit to ALL of these hours?
