The Outside Services Staff is the first point of contact with Members and Guests and must provide exceptional customer service. Outside Services Staff will anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned which may include work in Cart Facility and Driving Range. Successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and some Holidays. Treats all members, guests, and employees with respect. Maintains friendly appearance; greets Members and Guests by name with a smile. Ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines. Perform all aspects of customer services. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Keeps Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Notifies management if replacement is needed.

• Practice Range - sample tasks include : Attend range throughout the day maintaining cleanliness.
• Pick up and break down range. Collect range balls from range, wash, and refill bags for members and guests. Set stations as described in the Operations Manual. Cart Facility - sample tasks include : Maintain staging area, driving range, and practice area set-up.
• Cleans and maintains golf carts and cart facility area.

Cleans golf clubs, receive members at end of round, Stage golf carts with golf bags. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques. Perform other duties as assigned.
