Responsibilities Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and food handling areas regularly. Operate cash registers, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with accuracy while balancing cash drawers at shift end. Ensure food safety compliance by following sanitation procedures, proper food handling practices, and adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment, support busy service periods, and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen equipment operation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
