Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team 4 days a week. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, supporting the team in daily operations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.

Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations as needed. Handle cash and process payments while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or peak service times. Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members. Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
