Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper change is given Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy throughout your shift Support team members with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation, packaging, and restocking supplies Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store setting is highly desirable Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and serve customers promptly Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
