From $14.55 per hour Job description: Customer Experience & Hospitality Team Member Everclean Car Wash is hiring a dependable, customer-focused team member for the fall and winter season. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in great customer service, and can work reliably in an active outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers Creating a positive customer experience Processing transactions and handling payments Educating customers about wash packages and memberships Preparing vehicles for the wash Assisting customers in the vacuum area Maintaining cleanliness of the site, tunnel, vacuum areas, and parking lot Completing assigned opening or closing responsibilities Staying visible and productive during busy and slower periods Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

Regular weekend availability; availability on both Saturday and Sunday is strongly preferred Ability to work shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Willingness to occasionally come in early or stay later when coverage is needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Dependable transportation in winter weather Ability to work at both Everclean locations as needed Comfortable working outdoors in cold, wind, rain, snow, and other changing weather conditions Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to follow directions, accept coaching, and work independently Ability to stay productive without repeated reminders Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Typical shifts include: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. The 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. shift is flexible and may occasionally begin earlier or be extended through closing when coverage is needed. Previous customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
