LANGER'S ARCADE ATTENDANT TEAM MEMBER
The Arcade Attendant provides a high-quality guest experience for everyone in our arcade. This is a guest experience role with an emphasis on cleanliness! Responsibilities include the upkeep of the general arcade area and the arcade games. Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, detailed, and people oriented.
SCHEDULE
Part-time, must have Friday-Sunday availability.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Our arcade attendants start at 16.80/hour. All Langer's team members are eligible to participate in the employee discount plan featuring deals on food and attractions. Team members that regularly work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible to participate in Langer's benefits plans. Langer's is proud to offer tuition reimbursement of up to $5250 per year for qualified team members .
QUALIFICATIONS
All Langer's Team Members must be 16 or older. Previous experience working in hospitality or family entertainment is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All team members complete a variety of comprehensive training programs provided by our trainers and leadership team. The following qualifications help ensure your success: Ability to effectively communicate with all 100+ Langer's team members. Basic computer skills required. Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.
ABOUT THE JOB
Completes regular and frequent cleaning tasks in the arcade. Helps with common arcade game issues. Ensures cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the arcade. Frequently inspects games to restock or detect potential issues. Places games out of service and notifies the maintenance team. Applies proper use of tools to complete tasks. Responds to guest concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Follows safety practices prescribed by training guidelines.
