Summary Madeline's Dining & Events is seeking team-oriented individuals to provide warm, attentive service in a bustling dining and events environment. You will report to the restaurant manager and collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. With core skills in sanitation procedures, customer service, restaurant operations, food safety management, and POS systems, you will handle guest needs, support meal service, and help maintain a clean, compliant setting. A focus on food safety and hospitality will drive excellent service across dining and event experiences. Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive customer service to guests and assist with dining and event experiences. Maintain sanitation procedures and food safety standards throughout front-of-house and event areas. Operate POS systems for guest orders, payments, and product recommendations. Prepare dining and event spaces, including setup, service runs, and timely food running as needed. Assist in food preparation and coordination with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Ensure proper cleaning, stocking of supplies, and adherence to restaurant safety protocols.
