We are currently hiring Front of House team members , including Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Server Assistants, who are passionate about hospitality and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Position Overview Front of House team members at Testa Rossa are responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and professional hospitality while supporting seamless service across the dining room and bar. This role is ideal for individuals who are team-oriented, detail-focused, and motivated to grow within a service-driven restaurant. Responsibilities Deliver genuine hospitality to every guest Execute strong steps of service with consistency and professionalism Maintain clear and effective communication with teammates and management Support service flow through teamwork across FOH roles (service, bar, host, support) Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens For applicable roles: develop working knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail programs Uphold cleanliness, organization, and proper service standards Maintain composure and positivity in a fast-paced environment Requirements Sunday, Monday, and Holiday availability Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-first mentality and willingness to support all FOH functions Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Passion for hospitality and guest experience Desire to learn and grow within the industry Compensation & Benefits Premium PPO health and dental insurance for full-time employees (Independence Blue Cross) Employee Dining Benefit Program across all Fearless Restaurant Group locations Opportunities for career growth across 10 Fearless restaurants 401(k) retirement plan through
