Responsibilities Perform daily property walks and documented inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas; communicate results promptly to leadership. Participate in morning huddles, assign work to Housepersons, Room Attendants, and Laundry Attendants, and train staff to ensure brand and company standards are met. Act in place of the Housekeeping Director/Supervisor during absences. Maintain proper key control procedures and post room occupancy records. Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests courteously and efficiently. Check and count linens and supplies, write requisitions for room items or furniture repairs, and inspect furnishings for wear or damage. Follow all fire, safety, security, chemical handling, and basic infection control protocols. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred (on-site training provided). Strong organizational, time-management, and task-prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact positively with guests, staff, and leadership. Ability to understand safety practices, chemical handling, and protective equipment measures. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, reach overhead, twist, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
