Job Summary Hardware Team Members are responsible for spending time on the sales floor and helping our customers find the products they need. As Hardware Clerk, you will be trained by experienced Team Members and be responsible for accurately processing customers' orders though our register system. Possess a vast product knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn; Sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and working with customers; A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction; Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills; Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business

Become familiar with the products in the ACE Hardware department in order to answer questions and make suggestions to guests. Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Replenish products on the shelves. Participate in the processing of new shipments. Maintain cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room.
