We are hiring an Entry Level Team Member to support the local expansion of AT&T Fiber and help customers find internet solutions that fit their everyday needs. This Entry Level Team Member opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning new products, and developing professional communication skills. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll connect with customers, learn about their connectivity needs, explain AT&T Fiber options, and assist with the enrollment process. No previous telecommunications experience is required. Our Entry Level Team Member training provides product education, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence in sales, customer service, and customer engagement. Responsibilities of the
Entry Level Team Member:
Work as an Entry Level Team Member introducing AT&T Fiber services and creating positive, professional customer conversations. Learn about customers' internet needs, including streaming, remote work, school, entertainment, and everyday connectivity. Explain AT&T Fiber features, benefits, and available options in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Identify customer interest and turn qualified conversations into sales opportunities. Assist customers with product selection, account information, and the enrollment process. Build customer relationships while working toward individual and team goals. Maintain accurate customer information and follow established sales and enrollment procedures. The ideal Entry Level Team Member is: A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with different types of people. Interested in sales, customer service, telecommunications, marketing, or business development. Comfortable speaking with customers in person and answering questions. Motivated by goals, personal development, and opportunities to grow. Positive, professional, reliable, and willing to learn. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required .
