FOH Team Member Responsibilities:
A warm, welcoming smile! Creating and maintaining eye-contact Speaking enthusiastically Make emotional connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant Multi-task quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and team members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10-50lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent operators and business owners. Chick-fil-A, GSP is a licensed location and is managed through Metz Culinary Management. Metz Culinary is responsible for all employment decisions are responsible for our policies. Working at Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job-it's an opportunity for teamwork and Leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Chick-fil-A Licensed restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent Management companies who invest in the future of their team members. Pay range is stated below for full-time and part-time availability, and will be influenced by factors such as: previous experience, flexibility in availability, and demonstrated ability. Other pay ranges may apply with limited availability and/or depending on qualifications.
Further schedule details:
Saturday availability is required for all team members (may not always be scheduled, but must be available to be). Requests for on occasional specific day off, are to be made at least two weeks in advance.
Pay Ranges:
Part-time:
$13•14 per hour
Full-time:
$15•16 per hour Previous experience or willingness to odd hours may affect the starting rate.
Business Hours:
3 am to Closing (varies night to night, depends on last departing flight)
Pay:
$13.00•$16.00 per hour
