General Manager/ Manager on Duty Job Summary Sky Zone Team Members are the face of the park and play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest. Team Members interact with guests, maintain a clean and energetic environment, enforce safety guidelines, and help ensure that every visit is memorable. Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service to guests of all ages.
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in, waivers, memberships, parties, and general questions.
- Monitor attractions and activities to ensure guests follow all safety rules.
- Keep the park, attractions, party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Assist with birthday parties, special events, camps, and other park activities.
- Help create a fun, energetic atmosphere while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Communicate safety instructions clearly and confidently.
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
- Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Follow all Sky Zone policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
- Must be friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable working with children and families.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, childcare, recreation, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to move throughout an active trampoline park environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry items as needed.
- Ability to respond quickly to safety situations and emergencies.
