General Manager/ Manager on Duty Job Summary Sky Zone Team Members are the face of the park and play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest. Team Members interact with guests, maintain a clean and energetic environment, enforce safety guidelines, and help ensure that every visit is memorable. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service to guests of all ages.
  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in, waivers, memberships, parties, and general questions.
  • Monitor attractions and activities to ensure guests follow all safety rules.
  • Keep the park, attractions, party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with birthday parties, special events, camps, and other park activities.
  • Help create a fun, energetic atmosphere while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Communicate safety instructions clearly and confidently.
  • Respond appropriately to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
  • Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Follow all Sky Zone policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service, childcare, recreation, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move throughout an active trampoline park environment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry items as needed.
  • Ability to respond quickly to safety situations and emergencies.
