Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards. Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items; assist with all back-of-house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep. Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Greet and serve guests as a cashier at the front counter, drive-thru, and dining room with genuine hospitality. Take and accurately process guest orders and payments. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front-of-house area, including the dining room. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines. Cross-train and flex between kitchen and front-of-house duties as business needs require.

Qualifications and Skills:

No experience required. Must be 16 or older. Must be able to work a minimum of 2 days per week. Must be available to work Fridays + Saturdays. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
