The Director of the Counseling Center will provide post-graduate supervision for a pre-licensed clinician. •

- Represent the President's Office with integrity and hospitality consistent with King University's Christian mission.

- Expert daily management of the President's calendar, email (forwarding relevant mail to the President), appointments, priorities, and correspondence.
- Send out recurring weekly and annual meeting invitations with appropriate detail. Facilitate all necessary correspondence related to the President's schedule.
- Answer the office phone and direct inquiries as appropriate.
- Supports the President's work with Advancement, including record keeping and donor correspondence.
- Responsible for the purchasing of office supplies, managing office expenditures and budgets, and processing P-card statements and reimbursements each month.
