Our Turnover Team is an essential part of our ability to provide a guest experience that exceeds guests' expectations.

Hours:

10:00am-4:00 pm (variable hours within this shift) The Turnover Team Member will serve on an 'as needed' basis. Cleaning notifications will vary based on booking demand and could be as short as 24 hours' notice. This role does not require past work experience but does require the person to have a sense of proactivity, hard work, and a vision for career & personal growth. Our team grows with us. We hope for long-term team members who want to grow their careers. Past experience cleaning short-term rentals is a major plus. Property daily cleaning/turnover Inventory management Minor guest interaction Meeting & greeting maintenance people as needed Helping guests at odd hours as needed (this should be rare) Damage/claims tracking & documentation Washing/cleaning sheets & bedding Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Weekly touch base meeting with supervisor 8 years ago we started hosting guests out of our own home when we went out of town. We found that we enjoyed doing it and that people really wanted to come to visit Johnson City, TN. Five years later we have 42 properties and are continuing to grow, but we need more help!
