Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in person Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate pickup times efficiently Use restaurant table management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS, FOCUS, Toast or Micros POS to process orders accurately Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries, order modifications, or special requests Ensure food safety standards are upheld during order handling and packaging processes Organize and manage guest orders to minimize wait times while maintaining high service quality Support guest relations by providing friendly, attentive service that encourages positive feedback and repeat business Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant hosting, food service, or guest services preferred Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing order totals Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures Experience with restaurant table management systems is a plus Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional customer service standards Join us as a To-Go Specialist and become an essential part of delivering memorable dining experiences!
