We operate by the value that "we only sell food that we'd make for our friends and family." We're opening our first brick-and-mortar, a fast-casual restaurant in downtown Knoxville at the end of October 2026. We're hiring front of house team members -- full-time and part-time. What you'll do Greet and welcome customers Hand off to-go orders to customers Help customers use the self-ordering kiosk, and take orders and payments when needed Bring food out to dine-in customers Clear and clean tables Keep the dining area and restroom clean throughout the shift What we're looking for Friendly, welcoming attitude with customers Reliable and takes pride in their work Comfortable at a steady pace and able to stay organized when it gets busy Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Eager to learn and able to work as part of a team Nice to have Restaurant or customer service experience (no experience? We'll train you) Familiarity with Thai or Asian cuisine Food handler certificate Pay and benefits $10/hour plus tips, with a $14/hour guarantee Paid training Free staff meals on every shift Opportunity to grow into a lead role Schedule Full-time (about 30-40 hours a week) and part-time available Shifts vary within these hours:
