Join our team and help build what comes next This position is eligible for a $750.00 sign on bonus (paid in 2 installments) after 180 working days. Make up to $23.35/ hr.

Personal/Technical Skills:

Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan) Available for training as required Will have the ability to work a schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basis. Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and follow written work instructions Available to work overtime as required.

Essential Job Functions:

Operate machines such as a robotic welder, assembly station, or other types of equipment Set-up and/or change over all tooling Conduct "break test" at designated time intervals, keep log and make adjustments as necessary Keep all safety curtains/guards in place during operation Final visual audit inspection of all parts leaving welder area for quality Fill in all reports properly and completely Maintain good housekeeping around equipment. Report all quality, production or safety problems to the production manager Maintain all tools in proper places Operate for trucks as required Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan) Re-work parts as per instructions Preventative maintenance as instructed

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds frequently Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day Must be able to pass a drug screen.
