Production Crew Member We're looking for someone dependable, sharp, and ready to work. As part of our production crew, you'll be packing clean, nutritious food in a high-standard environment. This is a factory type job, but it's not as monotonous as it sounds. The production crew works on hundreds of unique products. This is a great opportunity for a college student or seasoned warehouse worker. If you're ready to work hard, this can be a very rewarding opportunity. What You'll Do Measure and mix ingredients for flour and baking blends Optimize systems to increase productivity as a team and individual Fill, seal, and label with precision and care Organize and stack finished goods for storage or shipping What We Expect Good attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and stay on your feet Punctuality, reliability, and respect for the work Willingness to follow procedures and ask questions when unsure A calm, steady approach to fast-moving days Who You'll Work With You'll be part of a team that takes food seriously and doesn't cut corners.
