At Grimaldi's Pizzeria, our back-of-house team is essential to delivering the extraordinary experience our guests expect. Whether preparing ingredients, crafting our signature pizzas, or maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating great food and good times for family and friends. Duties and Responsibilities As part of our Back-of-House team, your responsibilities may include: Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards. Restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices. Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas. Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. Supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications We're looking for team members with: Weekend Availability Needed. Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. A valid food handler's card.
