About Liuyishou Hotpot:
Liuyishou Hotpot, founded in China in 2000, is a global leader in the hot pot industry, renowned for its unique fusion of traditional Chinese cuisine and modern dining experiences. With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, Liuyishou has expanded its footprint to over 1,200 locations worldwide. In 2014, we established our North American headquarters and opened our first restaurant in North America. Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America. About This Role We are looking for friendly, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team in Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions. Depending on your experience and interests, you may support guest service, dining room operations, kitchen preparation, cooking, or other daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities and Duties Provide friendly and efficient service to guests. Support daily front-of-house or back-of-house restaurant operations. Assist with guest seating, order taking, food service, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, or other assigned duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Follow restaurant procedures, food safety standards, and company policies. Communicate and work effectively with team members and supervisors. Help ensure timely and accurate service during busy periods. Complete additional duties as assigned by restaurant management. Qualifications and Skills Previous restaurant, customer service, or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred. Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
